Are your products physical items?

No. All products from The DeHaine Diaries are digital PDF downloads. Nothing physical will be posted to you.

How do I receive my printable?

As soon as your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads through your order confirmation page.

Can I print my files at home?

Yes. All of our printables are designed to be easy to print at home using a standard printer. You can also print them through a local print shop or an online printing service if you’d like a higher-quality finish.

What paper size are the printables?

Most printables are provided in A4 and US Letter sizes, making them suitable for customers in both the UK and internationally. The product description will always specify the sizes included.

Can I print the file more than once?

Absolutely. You may print your purchased files as many times as you need for your own personal use.

Can I edit the printable?

Our printables are supplied as ready-to-print PDF files. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, they are not editable.

Can I use these printables for my business or sell them?

The printables are for personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, redistributed, altered for resale, or used commercially.

I haven’t received my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact me through the Contact page and I’ll happily help you access your files.

Do you offer refunds?

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience any problem with your download, please get in touch and I’ll do my very best to make it right.

Can I request a custom printable?
